Our policies are designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
General Terms

Check-in time: 15:00
Check-out time: 11:00
In case of departure until 18:00, the charge is half a day of stay. If departure is after 18:00, the charge is equal to a full day of stay.
For your best service, we recommend that you inform us in advance if you expect to arrive earlier or later than the specified times..
Children and extra beds
All children are welcome.
- It is possible to provide a free playpen only upon written or telephone request.
- Children are charged €10.00 per night and use one of the existing beds in the apartment.
- It is not possible to place extra beds or cribs in a room.
Prices and Taxes
Pricing information provided by phone is final and includes all taxes and statutory charges except the 'Climate Resilience Fee' (accommodation tax) which amounts to €2.00 per night.

Booking policy
For your reservation to be valid, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid in advance. This can be done by charging your credit card or by depositing into a bank account. We cooperate with the following banks:

We accept reservations without credit card details for:
- Guests who book between 09:00 and 16:00 and arrive on the same day, when we have at least 1 room available.
- Guests who book between 16:00 and 00:00 and arrive on the same day, when I have at least 1 room available.
- Guests arriving one day after making the reservation, when we have at least 1 available room.
Visitors from Greece
Guest Address Details:
Guests do not need to provide address details when making a reservation.
Customer Phone Number:
Guests are required to provide a phone number and email address when booking
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, please contact us, either by phone or email, to request the cancellation of your reservation.
- The guest can cancel without charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel within 30 days before arrival.
- The guest must prepay 30% of the total price after booking.
Grace Period
No cancellation fees for reservations cancelled within 4 hours of booking
Early Cancellation
No cancellation fees for reservations cancelled 4 weeks prior to arrival
